SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO

SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE UK delivery for all orders.

UNFRAMED PRINTS

All of our unframed prints are made to order and carefully packaged by us in our small studio in Somerset, UK. 

6x8", A5, 8x10” and A4 are sent out in sturdy board backed envelopes. These are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

12x10”, 11x14” and A3 are sent out in super strong postal tubes. These are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

FRAMED PRINTS

All of our framed prints are made to order and carefully packaged by us in our small studio in Somerset, UK. 

These are carefully bubble wrapped & boxed before posting to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. 

These are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Our current processing time is 1-3 days (excluding weekends) 

Current shipping times are 2-3 days, once the order has been processed. 

Once your order has been received, if it’s a personalised item, you will receive a proof for approval before printing via email. 

Once approved, you will receive another email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Royal Mail typically takes 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

The order processing time of 1-3 days will also need to be taken into consideration.

For instance, an order placed on a Monday, may not be posted until Thursday. It will then take 2-3 working days to arrive after it has been posted.

IN A HURRY?

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade the postage to Tracked 24 before checking out. 

The processing time of 1-3 days will still apply, but we will do our best to get your order processed sooner rather than later, if you leave a message in the ‘order special instructions’ box before checking out.

RETURNS

Please contact us to arrange returns no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your products. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.

Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us with the following information ASAP:

- Email address provided at purchase 
- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Item name
- Attach a photo

We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of our personalised prints.
